I do have fortnightly court ordered access to my (daughter 8)and holiday stays too.
I live 90 miles away so does require travelling , my gf also lives 90 miles away at other end of country too. (We are planning to get place together eventually)
I'm struggling with being so far from daughter and debating where I should move nearer and ask to see her more or stay put and focus on work, my relationship.
Benefits of staying put = cheaper efficient life.
Moving = being near daughter more time.
Maybe I should just be happy with the precious time I've got.
hi,
I would suggest to do what's better for you. If it's possible to see your child more if you move closer and your capable, then maybe a good idea.
Thanks the other option is travelling 3 weekends a month rather than 2 weekends.
It's knowing what to do for the best as I live 2 hours away
