[Solved] Written to my MP regarding CAFCASS

All,

I have read too much and experienced too much of the on going bias and prejudice that CAFCASS officers continue to carry into the family courts. It costs children a loving relationship with their fathers and I have had enough.

I have written to my MP and I am determined to meet with him to discuss the possibility of a full scale enquiry into their training on recent laws that now determine abuse (controlling and coersive behaviour) as gender neutral.

Too many parents are unfairly judged guilty until proven innocent which is something that even criminal courts don't acknowledge as a starting point.

I would like to create a petition for change and a full scale enquiry but to do so, I need fathers willing to step forward and support the cause.

Can you please get in touch if you are willing to help, contribute or simply wish to sign a petition for this cause?
