I'm not a dad. A female partner of a dad. The CSA are killing him. She's a [censored]. Rings CSA everyday requestung bailiffs. She doesn't work. She sends her kid hungry who I have to feed. I have no rights to speak. Despite me been a nurse and actually paying tax and NI contributions for her to sit on her [censored] an abuse us all for money. How do I get a voice and show receipts I have paid???
hi,
if the dad is paying through CSA system, then CSA should be aware of what he's paying. if its a private arrangement, then maybe dad should sign up with CSA and they will monitor what is being paid.
As long as he's paying what CMS tell him to, then he's safe from any action from them, and his ex is just blowing hot air, and CMS will not pay her any attention. Unfortunately, they can't do anything about the fact that she's neglecting her child isn't their concern. If it's serious, then contact Children's services.
