i whent for a residence order for my daughter . the court ordered a caffcass report which pretty much damed the mother and nothing bad about me i have no criminal record yet caffcass and social services still whent against me ......why are us farthers so worthless ...i would do anything legal to make sure my precious girl is safe...there so much evidence against the mother yet cost me everything ie over £20,000 to see my daughter 1 and 1/2 average days a week..and whats even worse is my daughter lives only 2 house doors away...my ex wife 36 left me for a 16yo boy yet i am nothing to courts and esp social services ..i had no more money so my solicitor dropped me at the final hearing

I'm so sorry to hear this, it's a tragedy that you've tried so hard. I know how easily solicitors spend a persons hard earned and I hate to say it but you would probably had more success representing yourself.
If you are unhappy I suggest you wait Aa while and then re apply for a variation of contact, try again to get more time with your daughter. There's plenty of help and advice here if or when the times comes and you're ready to have another go at it.
does any one know of people who can look in to my case i am willing to go up against social services and i have most stuff about my case
