Hi , can I pay csa money into my child's bank account now she is over 16 years of age

If your ex agrees, then you can, but assuming your daughter is in education, then you are still obliged to pay.

Hi there

I'd be very cautious about that, as actd says, you would need your exs agreement, but that doesn't just mean verbally, you would need her to contact the CSA and close the case officially, otherwise the CSA won't recognise it. If the mother changes her mind in the future, it is usually her word they will take unfortunately.
