Hi guys.. So Ive had an email from the passport office, saying I need to get an emergency hearing, to ask the judge to sieze my ex and childrens passports.. Anyone know what form I need to get please. I'm still in court proceedings so C 100, don't apply... I think? Thanks for any advice guys... Devo.

hi devo,

that is nuts. can you not send your court order to passport office, where it says ex is flight risk. and you mentioned police put out all ports warning? you could ask your barrister about this.

after all the court [censored], i think you should focus now on re-establishing contact with your kids. if ex wants to be stupid and try run off with kids, she is aware of the consequences.
