Hi I have a court order from 2017 which was agreed that I had to buy my daughters mother a car and pay her £60 towards fuel for her to drive my daughter one way and I have to drive her back. She HASNT stuck to this for nearly all the time so I have done it all (apart from the odd couple of occasions) I picked her up on the 10 December and took her on holiday I was then keeping her until Boxing Day when her mother was meant to pick her up. She hasnt again and now saying we are going back to court is there any advice anyone can give. Also I have RIT my car off and HAVNT got one when she’s got a perfectly good one there but it’s being made out to be my fault (again) 🤷🏽♂️
Hi,
In the order, does it state each parent must share the travel to collect and pick up kids? Is this written under the section: IT IS ORDERED
