HI All
my daughter is 18 and works part time at the moment I bought her car and pay her tax m.o.t & insurance and pay for her phone and she starts university next year and will be living on campus does anyone know when I stop paying csa for here ?
I think it is 20 if they are in full time education of 16 if they are not. I think it can also stop once child benefits stop too. It sounds like you do a lot to help her out, so I would check it out with CSA maybe?
hi,
is she at college now? if not then you should not be paying. once she starts uni then maintenance payments stop.

I think college still counts as non advanced education, so assuming she's at college, then payments will continue until the September immediately before starting university.
