[Solved] what is the legal implication of my court order

Hi. Please I need your urgent advice on the implication of a clause in my court order on Child Contact which states, "The names of the parties and children involved in these proceedings must be kept confidential and must not be made known to anybody else without the court's permission" as it relates to submitting same to the Home Office in support of my application for leave to remain in UK. Can I submit this Order to the Home Office in spite of this clause? Thanks

I'm pretty certain that the home office would be excluded from this - the orders are generally about publishing such details to parties where the identity of the children could be detrimental. I would ring the court for clarification, but I suspect that they will confirm that you are OK in this respect.
