[Solved] What is a notice of a appeal

I sent my appeal forms off a few weeks ago and a judge has asked for a notice of appeal can someone tell me what this is as I assumed the form I handed in n161 is the notice of appeal.

For service of paperwork you can use a Process Server, but it’s not an area I know much about to be honest. Hopefully someone will be along that has had some experience to share with you.

Contact the court and speak with the PSU (Public Support Unit) they should be able to help you with forms and advice on how to proceed.

To serve the papers to your ex and court it may well be you need to use a Process Server to do this.
