What documents can you file for an appeal

After a barring order was made unfairly I've started an appeal. I filed the N161 and had 14 days to file grounds of appeal and skeleton argument. I  Did get public funding for the full transcripts but unfortunately the esubscribers have a said they are inaudible.
What do i file or can I file. I did do a position statement for the hearing that ordered the barring order. Do I send this to the appeal judge along with the judges order.

As I referenced an earlier court case in the PS where I was respondent and the outcome of is relevant can I file that.

Do I need to do a new position statement or is anything I have to say just to be  included in the skeleton argument.

I did pay for a mackenzie friend to help but apart from filling in the n161. I have not been sent the grounds of appeal or the skeleton argument and it's been a month since I first contacted them with all the information. They seem hard to get hold of and told me they will have something ready to file on Fri at 5 even though I sent them the order that stated everything  had to be filed before 4 on Thursday. I have been looking for a similar case law case but can't find one regarding a barring order.Any help or advice on what to file if MF doesn't get back in touch please

Hi,

do you have a case number for the N161 form you filed? Suggest you email the court where it was filed and ask for update.
