So my partner of 16 years told me our relationship was over in November
I work away from home foe 12 day periods 12 days on 2 off , We are not married and only have one Child together , my step son is 20 in august and is now full time Uni
We still cohabit and I have at no time announced that I am leaving the family home.
I am currently still paying all the Mortage , Household bills/ Insurances etc plus my child school clubs , pet insurance ( £1700 ) along with this my ex has used the CMA/CSA Calculator to work out I also have to pay her £150 a week.
She has calculated last years wage including my overtime worked which is not guarantied and also has not deducted my peoples pension contributions
Can anybody shed any light on this ? surely if I am paying all the bills there should be a equal responsibility to provide for our child ie do I have to pay maintenance considering all the above ??? Please Help!!!
