In my experience, the courts generally do ensure contact is reinstated. I've not seen many mothers punished with fines or unpaid work but I have seen cases of continual breaches that eventually get before a Circuit Judge - generally on those occasions, the dressing down the mother gets from the Circuit Judge has been enough to make them toe the line.

At the end of the day, unfortunately, it's quite often a luck of the draw as to which judge you get.
