ok so ive been to court yet again, final hearing, i say final.. load of , a hum, the exs solicitor wants cafcass to get involved again,, and the courts have agreed??? to do 2nd section 7 report inc home visits, and no dout other stuff , so its same road same old road any advics please,,,,,,,,,,,,

Hi there

Unfortunately this is all too common, you will need to be patient and resolved and maintain a calm and reasonable attitude.... it’s hard, but you did it once and at least you know what to expect now.

It might work in your favour, if your child has formed a close bond with you, then any observational assessments will highlight that.
