Vasectomy and sperm count question

I had a vasectomy two years ago: had [censored] with girl two months ago and a month later I took a sperm test at lab saying no sperm was detected to follow up on my vasectomy. She is now testing positive for pregnant. Could I have gotten her pregnant then or someone else ?

It might be an idea to ask the clinic in  the first place.  You can take a DNA test after the baby is born to establish whether you are the  father or not

I would say it's virtually impossible. Vasectomies aren't 100% guaranteed effective (but better than any other pretty much) but if you've had sperm tests done showing nothing, then you wouldn't have been producing them 2 months ago and not now.
