[Solved] Vary a CAO

Can some one please advise how I go about applying to vary a CAO , do we need to attemp mediation again? What form do I need? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

yes, if you want to vary an order, unless it's in an emergency, you would need to attempt mediation again.

It's the same form as before (C100) that you need to vary.

Great. Mediation will not work my ex has refused it in the past and it had cost me an initial outlay which I am trying to avoid. All I want is to have school holidays split! Is there seriously no other way of doing this except for mediation?

Unless the original mediation that you attempted is fairly recent, then I'm afraid you'll need to try it again before you can move on to court.
