Variation Order Change, Final Hearing

Hi Everyone

i pay spousal support and my salary has decreased significantly. I have requested a variation to the order. Also my ex wife now works and claims high level benefits living the high life with holidays.

we are now at the final hearing stage and ex has prepared the bundle. This has been sent to court. I have not received a copy of ex E2 form and bank statements/financials. I have requested these several times and been told now you get it on the day. This leaves me no time to prepare cross examination questions yet she has my full disclosure. I will arrive in court with no background on her financials. She could be a millionaire if all I know, but this is truly unfair. I have asked her to send this to me within 24 hours or I will get the final hearing adjourned. I am in my rights to see the full bundle? How can I prepare a cross examination questions with nothing in front of me and this is unfair but I do truly believe she has done this for me to have no questions as she knows her bank statements will show transactions/income she does not want me to see in advance. My health has deteriorated hence my lower income.
helo re advice.

thanks
