I was in very similar situation to yours.
my heart took a lot of beating ,washed me of all my feelings ,squashed it and moved on with day to day life
but the nightmares coming back ,reading some of these comments at moments makes me optimistic and then I find posts like yours ,what's leave me devastated.One thing I know we all need to face it because we love we care and our kids needs us.
Hopefully you doing good with the road you have to go though.

i was totally discarded and know the pain. 3 young kids involved. dont give a dam about her any more.i am just 100% focused on the kids and trying to secure more time with them.
