Hi there, i got my final hearing tomorrow and my ex has told me and emailed me that she doesn't care what court says, she wont do what they agree with if it goes my away and is saying that she will leave the country with our daughter.
Now is there anything i can ask for in court, so she cant take our daughter away for good?

In addition to the Child Arrangements Order I assume you have applied for, you can ask the court to make a Prohibited Steps Order in respect of leaving the country and let the court know the mother has stated she will not comply and has threatened to leave the country with your child.
It is worth noting that most countries are covered by The Hague Convention so if she were to do that, she would most likely be brought back.

I got all the paper work and i did my checks.
First time i hear about the hague convention.
