Hi there
As you are no longer residing at the property, you aren’t liable to pay any of the bills, or council tax, that is now her responsibility.
Have you checked out the CMS calculators see how much you would be paying by their calculations? Here’s a link
www.gov.uk/calculate-your-child-maintenance
I understand that you want to support your child, but if you made her aware of the extra that you’re currently paying and that you can reduce that amount if you wanted to, it might give you a more solid base for negotiation.
I lost... I give up
Hats off to all of you fighting, I wish you all well and the best in life
I love my son a lot
Merry Christmas
Ravo... are you ok? What’s happened?
I know you've been badly effected by recent events and have mentioned suicide, that isn’t the answer, your child needs you and even if you aren’t strong enough to fight it right now, that doesn’t mean it will always be that way.
Please keep talking to us, we want to help.
Mojo
Ravo
Unfortunatley going through the courts is a lengthy process, one that takes it's toll.
Don't give up, she might win these battles but she'll start losing in the future and you'll start winning.
We're here to help, just ask, we all can use advice in life.
Ravo are you okay today?
