[Solved] taking improvements at home into consideration

Hi. When discussing who gets what in mediation/Family court, is it possible to have all of my 23 years of labour I've injected when carrying out improvements to the home reasonably considered?

It's certainly worth mentioning - the point of mediation is to try to negotiate a solution so it's whether you can include this in the negotiations.

In what way would you want them considered?
I guesss she could say the same thing about the time she has also put into the home and family....these things can't be measured or carved up really. I'd stick to the tangible things that can be assessed and split fairly.

Best of luck
