[Solved] taking Daughter away

I have a contact order in place that states the parents agree that ………. may spend time away with her farther, as soon as the parents agree that Amelia is ready to stay longer with her farther but for the avoidance of doubt this will commence no later than October 2018.

she only will agree for the UK, i thought that the above statements means there,s no restriction, i have tried to reason with her but she's claims my daughter is too young,

I have explained that the contact order was agreed by both of us but she wont budge, she holds the passport and now this will cost me more money to go to court.

Help.

Unfortunately that’s pretty vague and as it doesn’t state specifically that travelling abroad is allowed, then she can withhold the passport.

You would need to attempt mediation before you can make a new application.

Best of luck
