[Solved] Taking daughter abroad

I split with my ex 4 months ago and after trying to arrange custody amicably I went to the solicitors a fortnight ago to arrange formal access/shared custody as my ex messes me around whenever she wants. We'd arranged dates for seperate holidays abroad with our daughter, she's been. She's now saying she doesn't want me going abroad (I was going to euro Disney) as she wants to take our daughter there next year. Is there anything I can do? I was supposed to be going in a fortnight.

This link might help.

Not sure how quickly you could apply for a Specific Issue Order on this matter but check with your solicitor or if you haven't instructed one you can call Coram Childrens Legal Centre for advice.

Good luck πŸ™‚
