I have a divorce agreement that I will continue to support my daughter whilst at university. My daughter will be living with her mother whilst attending and works part time currently and will continue to do so, I am paying Child Maintenance determined by the CSA along with paying extra towards uniform and addition needs for my daughter as well as paying for her phone and am to date. My ex informs me she wants what I have been paying determined by the CSA however I am willing to pay my daughter what she would receive as job seekers allowance and additional towards books etc. Is there a tool used for this kind of calculation?
Your help is much appreciated.
