[Solved] Supervised Contact Centre Fees

Please I need your advice. I am so happy the court made an order yesterday that I can have 3 months indirect contact followed by supervised contact in a contact centre! Now I am ordered to do 2 hours per session but it is not detailed for how long. I learnt the session can cost up to Β£80 per hour, Is there a way to get an aid since my immigration application is still pending? I am currently not working and it's quite high charges. Thank you

I would check www.nfm.org.uk and contact them - they may know if there is any aid available. Might also be worth speaking to the contact centre, they must have come across this before. That level of charge does seem very high though.

Hi

Supervised contact is usually about Β£40 per hour. Try to contact the National Association of Contact Centres https://www.naccc.org.uk/ to see if you can find an affordable option. If it's going to be impossible to pay that, write to the court who made the order and seek new directions.

Good luck
