For summer holidays from school, Child arrangement order states child to spend 2 separate periods of one week with mother and same for father and share other weekends, really hard to calculate split, as holiday 5 weeks and few days. If have Saturday to saturday what time should pick up and drop off be, parent being handed over to, needs to try book flights after drop off. Help?
If school breaks on the Friday then you could count the following Saturday - Monday as one of the weekends to share. The following 4 weeks are shared between mum and dad from Monday to Monday. Whoever has the weekend straight after they break up, the following weekend (after the week on week turnaround finishes) belongs to the other parent.
Pick up and drop off could be whatever is agreed....perhaps 10am for both.
My grandsons break up on 21/07 and aren't back until 04/09...giving them six weeks.
