I have no experience of this kinda thing but to disseminate is to spread widely. You’ve provided it to, and only to the court, and anything provided to the court should be confidential. It smacks of a bit of desperation from her solicitor.

Does it specifically state the bit about photographs within the non mol order? If they have specifically requested that to be included in the order then it indicates they are aware of the photos, the implications of them and are trying to cut that off as an option for you to defend yourself.

Normally within a non mol there’s stuff like not posting negative stuff on social media or other public forums. I can’t imagine this extends as far as the court.
