Hi, has anyone had any experiences of steroid tests having been required by the courts? Do they actually test for steroids and on what grounds given use is not illegal?
I have my fact finding in October. The court so far only want me to provide a gp letter stating if I have been to my doctor with steroid related misuse. Which I haven't. That'll come back clear. If my ex still pursues this allegation will they order a test? I've not heard of them doing this before so any advice on thus would be greatly appreciated.
Do you think that maybe you should not be taking steroids? If they are legal or not is kinda irrelevant the negative health implications are clearly documented.
If you stop then you will have no issues passing the test and much better chance of getting the order you want. I'm no expert on steroids but think the negative stigma around them will definitely be in the judges mind.
jmax has good point. you should try to get off steroids. am no expert but apparently there is a link between steroids and anger. called roid rage. potentially very dangerous when situation involves children.
