Hello. I have been chare with 10 counts of indecent exposure. Social services have stopped me living with my family. Is there anyway this can be changed

Hi there

As this appears to be a crime of a sexual nature, the authorities will only be concerned with protecting your family, at least until your innocence or guilt has been determined by the court. I'm assuming you have a solicitor, I would talk to them about broaching supervised contact to see your children, if there are children under the age of 16 involved.

I agree with Mojo on this. Supervised contact might be an option but unfortunately you will have to go through the court process of the charges against you.
