Hi everyone
I say you a big thank you so I was able to figure out that I can't have any criminal record.
Now new things I have noticed by a solicitor who was acting on my behalf till 2nd hearing.His working quality is big question mark
He draft my ist witness statement till scot schedule.Ist statement doesn't provide any support to scot schedule at all that's why barrister has to drop many points.Scot schedule is full of paragraphs which shouldn't be.paragraphs are mixing with one and other .Eventhough ca100 if I am not wrong
which refres to risk of harm is empty
I don't know what shall I say even judge mentioned it in the judgement .I think I was not given any credibility due to poor work by that solicitor.
My question is what shall I do ?shall I contact ambudsman or shall I speak to no win no fee companies?
I can prove that solicitor was very negligent and charged me with thousands of and gave that work quality.
I hope you will keep helping me out on this point as well as you did before .

Just a quick check. Did you solicitor provide you with a copy of the statement and schedule for you to review before it was submitted to the court? Did you notice these errors at the time?
Not trying to put a dampener on things, but be mindful it's a shared responsibility between you and your solicitor to make sure your information is accurate before sharing with the court. If I remember correctly, your statement is usually signed by you to say the info is accurate and truthful, and possibly the same for the C100 (unless your solicitor ticks the box to say they have filled in on your behalf).
That being said, I know that sometimes you might be given such short notice to actually read through things with comprehension, so some items may slip through the net. You may have a stronger point if you can illustrate that you were given little or no time (by your solicitor) to review correspondence before it was submitted.
Sure there may be some complimentary and contrasting feedback to add to this!

If you are unhappy with the service you received, I think the first step is to put your complaint in writing to the solicitor and give them a chance to respond. To be honest, I don't think you will get far, this is just the first step in the process.
Once you have done that and received a response, your next step would be to write back and either accept their explanation, or tell them that your complaint hasn't been addressed and you will be contacting the Solicitors Regulation Authority, here's a link to their website and how to contact them.

You can also go and talk to the Citizens Advice Bureau, they will also be able to guide you and give you advice about how to proceed. Perhaps you should do this first, before writing to your solicitor, just to make sure what I've suggested is the right thing to do.
If the judge raised concerns about your solicitor, you may be able to appeal the courts decision at the final hearing because of this. I haven't had a great deal of experience of how to appeal, but I believe you have 21 days to do so, the CAB might advise you on this too.

ye it's true that I have signed the statement but as you mentioned was not given time to read it properly but scot schedule was totally apposite which is not signed at all and their is contradiction.it's c1A which needs to be filled but it left blank

John123 , I think Mojo is giving some sound advice there (as always!).
If you do contact the regulatory body or CAB, you can always relay the order of events as you see them, and get there feel for the most appropriate course of action.

Thanks concerneddaddy, I think as John123 doesn't have English as his first language, it's likely he could get his point across more effectively if he spoke to someone directly.
John123 .....Appointments can be made with the CAB and this might be a good way of finding out more information about where you stand. The link I gave you to the solicitor regulation authority has a telephone number you can call.
