Hello again, just a quick question in three weeks I go back to court for a parental responsibility and dna test hearing, The social services are involved with my daughter but won't talk to me yet ( no parental responsibility) do you think that I should contact them as soon as I get my P. R and ask them to help me try and see my daughter again??? Or keep on the court route???
I'm pretty sure they would only tell you to make an application for a Child Arrangements Order, but once you have PR they should discuss your child's case with you.
I agree with Mojo - some SW's are better than others but they cannot force the mother to let you have contact, only a court order is legally binding so it is likely they will advise you to pursue a Child Arrangement Order application.
