Hi, ther MUST be something done to mothers who stop dad's seeing ther children AND have csa payments, I think if the mother (for no reason) stops the farther (me) seeing the kids should have CSA stopped, I have money put away for all of my 4 kids in a separate bank account, I live with 2 of my kids and have 2 to another lass, she has once again stopped me from seeing my other 2 children for no reason at all and I am fed up.
Having your name on birth certificate DOES NOT mean absolutely nothing the British system is diabolical towards father's and something need to be done.
Can anyone help ?
Hi,
You are right, the system is diabolical. if a mother does not want you to see your child(ren) then you wont, its as simple as that. I am not 100% referring to my case in hand, as i won a contact order and i did see my child but that is simply because the mothers family forced her into it, now the mothers family have stopped helping i have not seen my kid since dec 2015.
