Hello Guys, I'm absolutely at my Whits end looking for help. Me and my ex partner split up Twp years ago due to her having an affair with the kids uncle (who are now together) and for the psst year iv being going through courts to get them 50% of the time. I have now sacked two lawyers for not arguing my point across. There is a court order in place that's states I get my two sons once a fortnight which is ridiculous. The reason she is pushing this is to get child Maint off me. I'm now left with no legal representation with nobody fighting my corner I need help before I have a breakdown ...

Hi There,
.
We can help with support and advice, so stay strong.
.
You don't need a solicitor as you can represent yourself and if you don't feel that they are giving you a good chance in court you can be better off going without them any way.
.
What issues have you been facing?

So basically the ex partner stopped me from seeing the kids for weeks so last year I went to the childminders and took them from her. This resulting in a interim interdict being served upon me on me in November 2016. Since then I have been to court twice with the interim being upheld. On the last occaision I served the court my work rota for the remainder of the year I went without a lawyer. The judge upheld the interim order and told us to go mediation. He also said the once a fortnight contact will last untill June... This is not enough contact ..
I'm really sorry to hear that you're struggling....I think, you're in Scotland,is that right? Scottish family law is different to England and Wales and unfortunately I'm not as knowledgeable.
It might be a good idea to contact the Scottish Children's Legal Centre, they will be able to advise you on what can be done. Here's a link

I would also suggest that you contact Families Need Fathers Scotland, here's a link to their website, if you scroll down the page you'll find contact details for Scotland.

All the best
Thanks Mojo.
I will get on to that and keep yous posted
