hi everyone, first of all a very happy Xmas to all of you, i want to raise FEW points
Why family court in our country treat separated dads like piece of rubbish?
Seeing your beloved child on alternate weeks for few hours will never ever make a life lasting bond with the child, why family court judges are unable to understand this simple common sense logic ? why ?
Why our selected parliamentarians dont raise this extremely important issues in parliament and bring legislation regarding that ?
Why family proceedings are kept secretive ,so public is not even aware that why and how judge came to a ridiculously biased decision?
Where it is written in our law that mother has automatic right to be a resident parent and father is not good enough to raise a child ?
Why child need mother more than father?
Why decisions in family courts are based on so called rubbish "balance of probability" in other words it is gut feeling of a judge which will decide your future with your child why?
Please everyone contribute why you think this all is happening and we all separated dads are acting like sitting ducks waiting to be slaughtered by system!!!!
