[Solved] Seeing my children

Hi

I am new to this website as l have recently split from my long term wife.

My wife has been to court today and the judge has ruled in her favour. I am unable to go within 100m of the family home or my wife {which isn't a problem} and am unable to contact her either.

The problem l have is that she is now saying that l can only see the kids with her parents being their or my sister.

I feel l haven't done anything wrong to warrant this neither has the judge but it is down to my wife to decide when and where l can see the kids { or am I wrong? }

Please help me as l love my kids and feel l am being punished for ending the relationship.

Hi There,
.
You would need to apply to the family courts for conact, as you have a non molestation order in place which is saying you can't go withing 100m of your ex I think I am right in saying you can skip mediation and go straight to court, you may get told that the non mol needs to be dealt with first but you can still apply and get the ball rolling.
.
If you do apply ask for an interim order to be made at the first hearing so that you can see your children as soon as possible.
