Hello,
I have a problem with section 7 as well. The Caffas officer was happy with my interview and send the raport saying that the mother can relocate once the relationship between me and my daughter is established. My ex wants to move 2 h away from where she actual live in May. The overnights starts in the end of May. How this is established relationship? I think if she want to move the overnights should start sooner or she should wait until September (my daughter will start reception) once my little girl is use to stay with me on weekends.
Is anyone in this kind of situation? what shall I do? How to claryfi the situation and establishment?
Please HELP!
hi,
often the ex will move wherever she wants with the kids in the country, and courts will not do much about it. All I would suggest is ask cafcass to start overnights as soon as possible, but you just have to live with the fact that it will be 2 hour drives to pick up kids and drop off. maybe you can ask cafcass for help and see if your ex would be willing to meet you halfway somewhere with kids.
other option would be for you to relocate and move closer to your ex.
