I was supposed to receive Scott schedule on 29/4/21 even have email from ex solictor evidence will follow on 29/4/21 and I have not received anything what should I do ?Its court order so why not send it. Could well be delaying tactics as already done it with the police disclosure which was released on 19/4/21 and when I emailed on 26/4/21 to state why hadn’t I received it as knew she had it 5 minutes later it was sent funnily enough.any advice be great as.I have sent email to court stating haven’t received it
Common tactics by solicitors to frustrate and delay . Why do they do it? Family courts wont do nothing about it. You could try chasing up , but i wouldnt bother trying to contact them until at least 2moro as its bank holiday monday today. Solicitors that normally are underhand like this are often not child focused either sadly
Deadlines are often breached and as a litigant in person it can be extremely frustrating to deal with. Often it's nothing personal, just how it is unfortunately.
If them sending it late means that you will struggle to respond in a timely way, it's worth asking the court for more time. The other option is that you can submit a little bit late too and make sure your documents offer sincere apologies to the court for filing late and explain why.
