Hello,
I have made an application to court for my son's normal contact rhythm to be upheld (1/3rd of a year normally).
Mum reduced this to an hour a week in a contact centre (7th time shes disrupted his rhythm) so i took her to court. They ruled contact centre contact was to continue untill they have done their checks..
From a couple of her recent e-mails i suspect she now wants to allow contact outside of the centre... Is she allowed to do this?
...yes she is and I might add that if she does then it will make her look rather foolish for limiting contact and moving it to a contact centre in the first place. I think it will work for you when you return to court
