[Solved] Removal of consent order following divorce?

Hi

I have been divorce 1 year now and managed to negotiate a clean break. I have 3 children and I contribute the legal CMS calculated amount as stated by the court, however there is no formal CMS agreement in place. The order of court however states that I have to produce my P60 to my ex 01/05 every year, which her solicitor recommended was included. I feel I was forced into signing this as my ex said she would take me to court, hold up in the house and not agree to a clean break. I now feel as though I will be constantly under her eye when it comes to my earnings. I pay what I need to pay on time and do a lot more for my children.

I would like to get the P60 clause removed as she has said if I do not produce it then she will apply to court to have it enforced. She is not a very understanding person before someone recommends I have a chat with her 🙁

Can I have it removed?

thanks

Hi There,
.
It's my understanding that the court rule for finances regarding child maintenance only stands for 12 months once it has been written, after that time, you could apply to CMS and ask them to handle, I would talk with a slicitor and have this checked as if this is the case then the order from court would be invalid after 12 months have passed and you could either use CMS or sort a private arrrangement.

How snidey and controlling is that though?

Produce you P60 to your ex wife every year so she can check if she can have more!
