Realistic - custody battle

I've read so many comments on here of confused, heartbroken and lost father's and I just wanted to post what happened to me in hope that father's that are battling to see their children take this on board to brace themselves and just keep on going because you will see your children. Regardless of what is all said if u go into a custody battle and nothing is said against any parent expect your child to reside with the mother. When fathers win custody it's not just awarded like it is automatically with mother's you have to have solid validation as to why the mother is unfit and I mean solid. My ex partner was a prison officer who got involved with an inmate and took my daughter to see him over 40times behind my back and in the custody battle the court turned a blind eye and granted her as the primary carer.

Sorry to read what you have gone through. Has the court ordered any contact between yourself and your daughter?
