I have been fighting my ex for more access to my daughter. I discovered that her new bf was convicted of hitting a child and her mother. She assured both myself and the court that they had split up but were still friends. Obviously i have grave doubts as to whether this really is the case. As she has assured the court that they are no longer together can i apply for a pso to keep this man awY from my child?
