can child maintenance take CRB (canadian recovery benefits) COVID cheque from me??
Maintenance has frozen my bank account so I got CRA (canada revenue agency) to mail me a cheque instead.
I understand if I got CRB direct deposit to bank, maintenance will take it.
Thanks in advance everyone
hi,
sorry this forum is UK based and not able to advise about issues in Canada. Here is some info and contact details:
Hello,I am new on this site, what can I ask here
Hi, anything that is general in it's nature. We aren't legally qualified, but there is a lot of experience on here with both legal and child maintenance matters, so we can give opinions, but always advisable to check anything specific. We can't recommend companies specifically, and assuming you are asking about child related matters, it's best to keep names and details off that can identify you and them as this forum is open to public viewing.
