HI CAN A PINS NOTICE FOR HARASSMENT BE USED AGAINST YOU IN COURT FOR WHEN U GO FOR PR ORDER AND ALSO ACESS TO SEE UR CHILD, EVEN IF THE PINS NOTICE WASENT CALLED FOR,
Hi there
Although the police themselves have stated to other members that this will not effect any family court proceedings, I'm sure it's on record and it may be bought up by Cafcass in any reports they are asked to make.
It isn't a big deal but if you are asked about it I would say that it's better to be completely upfront and mention it, at least then you can explain what it is and how it came about.
I've had one of these. I was completely upfront with cafcass about it. Also said I fully understood why she reported me.
I would say mention it before you are asked about it, it can only look better for you.
Ex brought mine up in court-judge had no clue what it was, I explained it wast a criminal recorded and I accepted it to protect myself. That was at the very first hearing. Was never mentioned again apart from in his personal statement for final hearing, didn't make a difference though.
