[Solved] Pensions

I'm wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue to me.
I have recently given up work due to health issues. I'm in receipt of a small pension. This pension was paid for by my late wife.
I have spoken to CSA in the past and was assured that this money was ringfenced as it was paid for by my late wife. I now have the CSA telling me that this isn't the case and that me ex can now claim against money my late wife paid into her pension.

I feel very angry that the ex is entitled to money paid into a pension by my late wife. Saying that the ex has no morals and in my naïve early days I paid her cash. After 2 years a letter from the CSA arrived claiming 2 years back dated money. Of course I had no proof and she denied all knowledge of any cash from me so I had to pay again.

I find it disgusting that she can lay claim to this money.
Can anyone help me?

hi, i tried researching this but only find stuff where people who work and pay into a pension, get deductions when it comes to child maintenance. maybe you could look up a pensions adviser and speak to them.
