i am paying by direct debit every month

just called the CSA for advise on when do I stop paying out ??
my son is 17 now but will be 18 at the end of August 2014 and he started last year as an apprentice on a training course on pay of about £145 per week doing 37hr at Catch

he is now working with them with a one day a week a collage but doing more than 37Hr per week and getting paid

CSA have told me to contact Chilled Benefits to see if she is still claiming but all I get is a answer message

your thoughts and advise people would be great

I would persist with the Child Benefits office - basically that's the deciding factor on whether maintenance is still payable, though I would have thought that the CSA would be able to check this, so I'd also have a word with them again to ask if they can check.
