Holla guys, looking for some like minded people in the same situation as me (stay at home dad) to chat and chill with, haven't looked over the site yet but I'm just about to, hopefully i could learn 1 or two from here.
I'm based in Washington and I still work from home which gives me the opportunity to spend time with my 6month old daughter (and hanging around with my friends).
so I don't miss things like my daughter rolling over on to her front for the first time as she did today.
Oh and is there someone here who think is a cannabis addict? i think i am. Lately, i have been hiding some joints to my wife, and sneak around in the back yard to smoke one. It's driving me insane, want to quit but can't deal with the crave.
oh well, so much for my intro. See you all around buddies.
Cannabis addict? Well, I've seen a sub-forum which is "Men's Health", I think you could post there about your addiction issue.
Just wanna say hi. See you around.
Hi there and welcome.
We don't have many stay at home Dads here, I guess a few guys here would love to be in your situation!
I'm not sure if a cannabis addiction is more of a psychological thing than a physical addiction. It might be a good idea to get some counselling, or at least talk to someone about it.
Good luck.
Yeah, I agree - worth going to see your GP. Ideally, you should discuss it with your wife as well, if you are trying to quit, she's going to be your biggest supporter.
