[Solved] Partners income.

If I move in with my new partner, can the csa/cms legally take her salary into consideration if they assess me for maintenance payments?

It's just based on your income these days. Years ago it would have taken it in to account but not now.

The only thing they may take into account, I believe, is if she receives child tax credits. If she has her own business, you need to make sure you have no connection to that also, just in case they try to say you get an income from that.
