[Solved] Parent's evening

I've received an email from the school offering for me to attend parent's evening. However my ex is refusing contact unless through a contact centre. We've had an FHDRA and the next hearing is on Wednesday 18th.

Is there any reason why I should not attend? I assume that as there will be other parent's and teachers there that there shouldn't be a problem but I thought I'd check first.

Perhaps they could arrange different times for you both, so that you can don't have to meet, although if there's no injunction against contact with her I can't see a problem... letting the school know that things are strained between you, with a court case ongoing, might be a good idea.

I let the headmistress know a few weeks ago. I'll phone her on Monday and see if she can arrange separate appointments.
