Hi was wondering any one knows if there is any one that can help fill out a parental responsibility form and also a c100 I would like to do this my self I do have a barrister that is going to have a look over this once they are done but I would like to do these applications my self before sending them to him to check over
You could get a McKenzie's friend to help you, they are much cheaper than solicitors, but get one via a recommendation as they are unregulated - try going to a Families Need Fathers meeting.

you may be able to complete the C100 form online: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/form-c100-application-under-the-children-act-1989-for-a-child-arrangements-prohibited-steps-specific-issue-section-8-order-or-to-vary-or-discharge
check there and click the link about applying online. so much easier than doing the paper form.

you can book and appointment with them, and they will help fill in forms for you and there are no fees to pay.
