Hey guys, I'm just wondering who I'd contact in order to obtain my court order on paper going back to like 3 or so years ago when it was finalised, at this point I was living with my parents, my mother has a habit of tidying up and throwing stuff away without looking at it, so I believe that it somehow was disposed of. My son's mother has been amicable up until this point and has met me in the middle in regards to the court ordered days and hours, so I've had no need to look at the order, until now.
So basically yea, how would I go about getting an official copy again? Thanks
Go back to the court that issued the order, give them a call - the more information you can give them, the easier it will be to track it down.
If you were represented by a solicitor they may still have your case papers on file, although if they can supply you with a copy they may want to charge you.
I think, as actd has advised, the court that made the order would be your best bet.
Good luck
